Brian Jobe has been a respected trial attorney in North Texas since 1988. His courtroom wins include an $8.2 million judgment for a plaintiff client, as well as a "no liability" judgment for a defense client facing claims of more than $1 million. More recently, Mr. Jobe and Mr. Wimer successfully defended one of their corporate clients against claims totaling more than $1 billion.
Mr. Jobe attended Southern Methodist University on a music scholarship, graduating cum laude in 1985. He then received his legal training at the Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. After three years with the blue-chip firm of Gardere & Wynne, Mr. Jobe co-founded Wimer & Jobe in 1991 with his law partner, Michael G. Wimer. In 2002, Mr. Jobe was honored by his peers in a D Magazine poll as one of the best attorneys in Dallas under the age of 40.
